computer reboots itself when going online

I have XP and use MSN (dialup). When I go online and after
a few minutes my computer reboots itself. I reinstalled
Windows XP to the computer, to get rid of bugs. But it
still reboots itself when I go online. Does anyone know
how I could fix it?

I figured if I reinstalled the XP the problem would have
gone away, but no!

model graphics card do you have? If Nvidia
go to www.guru3d.com and try a different driver. Is SP1 and the other
updates installed? Latest Driver for your
Modem?

Run a AntiVirus scan on your machine.
Doesn't look good!

When it shuts down do you get any messages? Like NT
AUTHORITY/SYSTEM? If you do that means you have the
blaster worm and need to get rid of that.
