computer randomly shuts down

Been experiencing random shutdown probs for a while now. I have tried
tweaking a few things to see if it made a difference. Today it has happened
and i discovered these set of events in the event log

At the time of it restarting, i was watching a streaming movie via media
player.

Any thoughts?

Hi chrisandkerry,

Could you please send me the minidump file that was created? The address
used here is valid, but change the subject line to "per req" or it will get
hung up in my email filters. This is the file to send:

C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini103104-01.dmp

Often times there is a driver file indicated in the dump as the problem that
you don't see in the error message. It may help lead to a solution.
