computer problem

i have a problem using internet......when i try to access certain sites i get
an error message..........Internet explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close.......when i click to see error report it says the module name
is unknown.......i have tried mozilla firefox and also opera 8.o and get the
same problem

Can anyone help

I have scanned for spyware adware malware and there are no issues

Next time when in Internet Explorer select Tools>Internet
Options>Security. Use default settings for all four zones.
