Computer not showing up

I am having some trouble getting some computer to show up
in Network Neighborhood. Can someone tell me the
difference between Network Neighborhood in W2K and Windows
NT. Cuase the computer show up on the W2k computer but do
not show up in the Windows NT computer. I have tried
stopping and restarting the browser service but that does
not work all the time. I am trying to find out why the
computers only show up ever now and then??

NT relies on WINS, W2K/XP rely on DNS. If you have NT, W9x, ME in your
network, you will need WINS-server and have 'netbios over TCP/IP' enabled.
