Hi All,
A feature in XP that I find useful is to be able to connect to another
machine via "Computer management" and then right click, "properties", which
will then show me the computer properties of that machine including General
info (OS version, SP version, OEM info, processor, memory, etc), and more
importantly a GUI interface to Environmental variables, Performance, and
Startup and Recovery settings.
I'm finding that "properties" is no longer available in Vista's Computer
Management... Is this a feature lost in going from XP to Vista ??
Sure I can achieve the same via other tools (e.g. srvinfo) but it was a
great way to find out basic info about remote machines without remote desktop
to it.
