I am on high speed cable. If I leave my computer for
like 45 minutes I have to reboot. It has no access to
the Internet unless I reboot, like it is timing out or
something. Also after I reboot I get this messege "This
application failed to start because TBMHOOK.dll was not
found. Re-installing the application my fix this" What
does that mean? Thanks for any assistance.

A Google shows that your tbmhook.dll may be related to a Xerox
TextBridge Service program, which would appear to be crashing. That may
or may not be causing you to lose Internet access. I'd do the normal
Windows troubleshooting as follows: 1) Scan with current antivirus
("current" means a version not later than 2002 but using updated virus
definitions); 2) remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy
(www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) - note that
it is a good idea to do virus/spyware scans in Safe Mode; 3) delete
temporary and Temporary Internet Files; 4) stop unnecessary services
programs from starting with Windows - see www.blackviper.com for
services info and www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm for programs
info - 5) look in Event Viewer for clues.
