Computer is saying the blank DVD is not blank when it is. wtf!

I am trying to download Original XBOX game support for XBOX 360.
It told me to download it and I did but now I have to put it on a blank CD
or DVD. I tried doing the CD and it didn't work so now I am tring to do a
DVD. When I put the black DVD in my computer it says that it is all used up.
I have tried 5 DVD's. Whe the heck am I doing wrong? Please Help!!!!

Be sure that file size is not larger than your Blank DVD. Usually the blank
DVD consist of 4.5GB and a blank CD 700MB. So, first check the size by just
moving the mouse pointer near the file or by right-clicking the file and
choosing properties.

If the file size will larger than the capacity of your DVD or CD then Nero
will automatically eject the CD/DVD.

Pass us more information about the file. What is this file for and what is
the download link? Which DVD writer your system has and what writing software
you are currently using? What is the size of file?
