Computer Health, How to find

Hi:
My computer went through some rough time in the past. However, luckily
everything got back to the normal.

My question is:
Is there any way to find whether the computer is NOT in danger?

Hi:
It means that motherboard and other critical components inside the computer
is ... 'in danger.'

Because, sometimes I do not hear noise does not come from the front panel of
computer. In the past, I used to hear noisy fan spinning inside. Now, it
seems gone.

I apologize I didn't specify in this regard.

Open the case and look inside. Is the fan spinning when your computer is turned on? If it is not spinning, replace the fan.
