....on the words Preparing network connections. One time I fixed this by
unplugging internet cable and then later was able to plug it back in and all
was well. Now cannot do anything as it gets to this screen and then freezes.
Have tried making other commands before it gets there (control-alt-delete,
esc-windows key with every letter combination) but cannot do anything.
A few days ago when computer was working, tried doing a de-frag and it said
not enough memory to do one. Would like to be able to get to computer to free
up some memory in case this is part of the problem.
