computer freezing

every time my ms anti spyware completes and i try to exit, my screen freezes.
the only way out is to switch of. anyone have a cure please
 
I would suggest you restart your PC in safe mode, open Microsoft
AntiSpyware, on the scan page, choose Scan Options > Full System Scan >
check the boxes below, click run scan now. Also run the following
AntiSpyware products in conjunction with Microsoft AntiSpyware:
