I've recently installed Microsoft Office into my computer and after I log on, everything but the taskbar freezes for a minute. The task manage opens up and the desktop and icons are fine. Any suggestions?

Perhaps you don't have enough RAM in your computer. MS Office has the
unfortunate trait of setting itself to start with Windows. Remove it
from Startup, along with any other extraneous programs and see if that
takes care of the problem. If you need more help, post back.
