Can anyone help with the error messages:
C:\docume~1\heleng~1\locals~1\temp\wer3180.dir00\iexplore.exe.mdmp and
C:\docume~1\heleng~1\locals~1\temp\wer3180.dir00\appcompat.txt

I see no error message above. I see two paths to files on C: drive.
