Computer crash

Win XP, SP-2
Frequently when I visit a web site and try to print the info displayed on
the screen (with file/print) the computer crashes! It re-boots to the
desktop. This happens on various sites and is not site specific. I'm using a
NEC Laser printer, which I have been using for years without this problem.
So I doubt it's the printer or printer driver.

Any ideas?

But you haven't been using SP2 for years. Did you update the printer driver
after SP2?
