Computer Constantly Rebooting

My computer is constantly restarting. I've tried starting it in safe mode,
but when it does it comes up with errors such as
Multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition1\windows\system32\drivers\pci.sys, there are
about 20-25 of them. I've tried all the safe modes (with networking, command
prompt) and last known configuration etc. none of it seems to be working. It
will get the Windows XP loading screen and the little green blocks will move
but about ten seconds in it will just restart again.

I'm thinking it may be my hard drive failing, anybody have some ideas? They
would be appreciated.

For C: Press enter for password,type:Fixboot Agree,type:CHKDSK C: /R
Once its thru, type:EXIT Let xp start...Also,if a hd is subject, the CHKDSK
