Computer automatically turns on

My computer automatically turns on when in 'hibernate'. I can't seem to find
any programs that are running that would let it do that. Any ideas on how to
prevent that?
 
This would only be true in Standby but not Hibernation. Hibernation shuts
the computer off completely. No power means nothing can run in the
background. In standby processes can still run in memory and that setting
would enable the system to come out of standby and perform the task.

As far as I know Scheduled Tasks cannot turn a computer on from a power off
state.
