How do I become a "Computer Administraor"? When trying to
make a direct computer connection between lap top and desk
top compt's I get an error message "error 647" user account
disabled. Ask your sys admin.to anable your account in
LOCAL USERS AND GROUPS.

Can you help me?
 
Right click "My Computer" on the desktop and select manage.

From the Computer Manager UI which appears, select "Users and Groups"

Add your account ot hte local admin group or create a new account in that
group.
