Computer accounts

Every time i try to download a program to my computer it says i need a
computer administrator account and I can`t change my account settings because
I only have a limited account. How can I change my limited account to a
computer administrator account?

Ask the person who administrates the computer to do this.

Go to the control panel and there should be an icon, "Users and Passwords"
You can make the changes there. Also, if you hit F1, your help will pop up.
Then you can type "Change User Accounts". It will tell you. Very easy to
do.
