when I try to show the services, Message "Snap-in creation Failed" is
displaying.
Which snap-in must I include in my design?

Do you have "MSXML 2.6" component in your image?

Yes, "MSXML 3.1".

Yes, "MSXML 3.1".

You will need MSXML 2.6 to get MMC console working. This is known issue.
