complimentary closings letter wizard blank after downloading ser..

I have Office 2002 Professional version. After downloading service pack 2
the complimentary closing section of the letter wizard is now blank. I've
tried to restore this by reloading Office from the program disk, and nothing
changed in the letter wizard after my attempt to restore from the program
disk.

Also, my label wizard now includes a header which of a page number and a
date. This appears on all preloaded labels as well as any custom labels that
I developed.

Not sure that SP2 is to blame for saving a header in normal.dot! -
