Complete Uninstall

Ralph

I keep getting messages that doesn't allow me to open Outlook "Unable to open
your default email. The information store could not be openned"

I've tried uninstalling and than reinstalling to no avail.

I'm ready to do a complete uninstall and start over. Does anyone have
suggestions. I do have a backup on another computer of my .pst file

Also, If I do a complete uninstall do I have to uninstall other aspects of
Office 2003

Thanks

Try creating a new mail profile. (Control Panel-Mail-Show Profiles-Add) and
then connecting that new profile to your old pst file.

What type of email account do you have? If you connect to an Exchange server
(normally found in a business environment), there is an issue with your
mailbox or NT account and you should contact your Network or Systems Admin.

If you are a home user, Outlook is unable to locate your PST. Check the mail
applet in the control panel and point your Outlook profile to the PST. If
that doesn't work, create a new Outlook profile (don't copy the old one
because you'll copy over any errors).

Let me know how you make out.
