Complete Uninstall of Outlook

R

Rob O

My Outlook is no longer functioning. I believe that the
Inbox or Outbox must be corrupt. I've performed and
uninstall, but the program must leave some preferences or
legacy information from the previous install. When I
reinstall the software, it seems that I am right back
where I was before.

How do I completely uninstall Outlook, profiles,
everything?

If you believe that the problem is in your Inbox or Outbox (why do you think
that by the way?) reinstalling Outlook won't help you out. You must run the
scanpst.exe utility against your pst-file to check it for errors.
