Complete Outlook 2003 Uninstall

How do I completely uninstall Outlook? I have a corrupted file and it looks
like to only way to correct the problem is through a reinstallation.
However, I've tried it twice (I removed Outlook via Add/Remove programs in
Control Panel and through the CD) only to find all of my old data/settings in
place when the program is reinstalled (this goes for the other Office
programs as well). I need to uninstall the program then reinstall it so when
I first start Outlook I will be prompted to set up accounts, etc.

Thanks!

You don't need to uninstall Outlook in order to start fresh. Use the Mail
applet in Control Panel to create a new mail profile.

Thanks for your speedy reply.

The problem is I can't even open Outlook because of an "assertion failure".
My computer crashed while using Outlook (a power spike) and since then I
can't open Outlook.

The error message is regarding file "btree.c" and line "548". The message
recommends viewing the "Visual C++ doucmentation on asserts" - this is way
beyond me.

I was hoping that by completly uninstalling then reinstalling Outlook I
could correct things.
