complete system recovery

I had to make the total recovery of the system, because pressing F8 I
couldn`t even get the safe mode, the restarting of the pc or the restoring to
a previous date, (the pc is now as when purchased). Doing so, I get windows
xp again and the starting desktop. But everytime I switch off the pc or ask
to it restart , the pc doesn`t run again, because there`s a blu notice for an
error. So I`ve again to make an other complete recovery, if I want to use the
pc again. What can I do? I don`t know the pc very much, and I`ve a Packard
Bell w/ windows xp. Thank you!

Have you added any devices to the PC since it was purchased and installed?
If yes, you probably have to reinstall drivers
for the devices. Rt click MyComputer>select Properties>Hardware>Device
Manager. If there any yellow marks next to
any of the devices then they need drivers. Post back here if more help
required
