Unless you monitor the installation of a program, its complete removal is
near an impossibility.
The last freeware version (actually it has a discrete link to the payware
version in the lower left hand corner of the main window, so technically
it's PROmotionware, but I can live with this) of Total ^^^^^^^^^^^^
Uninstall (2.35) does this and also allows you to uninstall the program. I
use it all the time to good effect:
