Complete Backup (and restore)

When I get to the window that asks: "Which disks do you want to include in
the backup?"
only half of my partitions are listed.
The partition with the NTLDR boot menu (for XP and such) isn't available for
backup.
If I don't include said partition, then I get an error that says: "Some
system files are not included in the backup."

How do I fix this?

The "Complete Backup and Restore" utility is composed of two components -
file backup and/or a complete backup of the computer (all drives and
partitions the drives contain).
The file backup utility does not include system files.
