I would be grateful for any ideas that other users have for compiling Reports
from Access.
I am working on a large database in which I have produced over 50 Reports.
These are tables with a heading, body and summary. I have been sreenprinting
these and pasting onto a Word document or into PowerPoint. This works very
well, but is a bit tedious, particularly as I have to repeat the entire
process about 15 times after changing the ouput based on a particular field.
Is there a quicker way of arriving at the same output? Any sugestions about
a quick way of collating all the Reports into a single Report? This might be
a useful alternative to copying onto Word. Any other ideas would be very
welcome!

There are various methods of printing to a file depending on the
software on you machine.

.... thanks for this. I am currently screen printing into a photo editor
(Corel Photo House), cropping, copying and pasting into PowerPoint or Word. I
have Microsoft Office on my machine, but I am willing to consider using new
software! hlmcclean

Did you know you can often print to Word. You make the report as a Word
document. Normally I do it when I want a better looking result.
