"Compiler": PDF to executable

Hello.

I'm looking for program that allows me to "compile" a PDF file into an
EXE file, so the user receiving it doesn't need to install Acrobat
Reader: he just double-clicks the "compiled" file and gets the document.

Does such beast exists? If yes, what's its name?

(to some groups: Yes, I use Windows and MS Office. So what?)

AFAIK, there is none

The only thing I've found came up with was a shareware version of such a
program, called pdf2exe
