Compile error in hidden module

Has anyone seen this problem before:

I got a new computer and did a clean complete installation of office 2003
pro. When opening excel I get the following error:

Compile error in hidden module: AutoExecNew

Has anyone seen this and does anyone know how to fix the problem? I have
tried repairing office with the repair option and that doesn't work. I have
also tried reinstalling it and I still have this problem.
