Compatibility Issue when upgrading from xp home to pro

I receive a incompatibility error when upgrading to Pro. It brings up
"GoBack" with a link to "Roxio's" website for further information. Looking
through my programs I have no such program. Does anyone know what this is
referring to, is it part of another program or licensed to some other
software program. I Know it can't be Norton's GoBack as that is compatible
with XP

I believe Roxio's GoBack was the forerunner of Norton's, but that's a guess.
I would strongly suggest you disable or remove GoBack, and any anti virus
programs before doing the upgrade. These programs have deep connections
into the OS. The same is true of any other system level utilities.
