compatability with Office 97 SBE

Will Office 97 Small Business Edition run on my new PC
which has Windows XP Home Edition?
 
Thanks for your message. I'm no longer have the old PC
and I have the Office 97 SBE disk, so wouldn't that be
legal?

Sorry, no. Even if the old PC was destroyed, OEM software
installed on it dies with it.
