Compatability of Games with Windows XP

Ihave several "Tex Murphy" games that use windows 95, my
question is- will I be able to run these games using
Windows XP Professional, ??

More then likely.

If you do get problems try the following:

Right click on their shortcuts in the Start Menu and go to Properties then
to the compatibility tab, and run the game in Windows 95 mode.

If you still get no luck, uninstall them (or you could just try this first).
Browse to the setup or install files on the installation disc by going to My
Computer and right-clicking the CD icon and clicking browse. Right click on
the setup/install program and go to compatibility tab like above.

Also good to have a hunt around for any patches for the games too.

.... though IIRC, "Under a Killing Moon" was the first Tex Murphy game. It's
not (again, rusty recollection here) "really" a Win9x game - and I have yet
to hear of anyone running it successfully under XP.

If it's a DOS game use http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/

Failing that try something like Virtual PC.
