Comparing columns for repeats

Hi

I have Office 2003 with Excel

I have a spreadsheet with several columns each over 1,000 cells long,
columns A and C contain product names, there are a lot of duplicates between
A and C, I need know which names in A are duplicated in C.

Is there a way I can do this.
