Compare Internet Explorer and Netscape

Iaddtened a user group metting last night and the person
putting on a demo made the statement that each time IE
opened a new window it loaded another copy of Internet
Explorer and Netscape only loaded the code for that
window. I don't beleive it is true but I can't find
information to confirm or deny it.

I don't know about Netscape, but this article explains the behavior of IE
based on amount of RAM on the machine:
