Compaq 2 Port USB 2.0 PCI card -- not recognized!

This is getting very frustrating. I bought the above mentioned card
from CompUsa, and Windows XP Pro isn't recognizing it. I tried having
it install the default drivers for it, but it keeps reporting that it
can't use them. I did a search for drivers for the card (it didn't
come with any software -- just the card), but found nothing. I called
HP/Compaq, and they really wouldn't help me, becuase I didn't buy my
computer from them. So basically... what can I do? Thanks

Here's the url of the card:

First, make sure the card is properly (fully) installed in the slot. If
you have a free slot, move the card.

Or contact Micro Innovations, since they made the card for Compaq.
