Company Signature Strip

We have a company signature which contains a graphic and hyperlinks which is
written in .html with .png graphics inside it. At the moment this is
installed on everyone's machine. Is there a way that this signature can be
picked up from one location so that if the signature strip is updated,
everyone's signature updates automatically without the need to reinstall it
individually?
