Compairing 2 PivotTables

I have 2 list of data, 8k to 10k records in one and 500 to
1K in the other. Can I use a Pivottables to pick out the
small list where they occur within the big list? If so
pointers in the solution will be thankfully recieved.

You shouldn't need a pivot table to find the duplicates. Chip Pearson
has information on finding and tagging duplicate entries in
a list.

The 2 lists come from different sources but have the same
fields. So I need to know when a record in list 1 appears
in List 2. I also need a report on which records occur in
both lists
