Compability issues

Hello,
I always have to suppress the warning C2220 no 'object' file generated.

I wonder if this is a compability issue because
I am now using DDK 6001 on XP.
Do I need to drop back to 6000? or somethin'
I wonder if version 6001 is for Windows Server 2003/2008 etc and not
suitable for XP. Just want to verify!!

The error would not be what you see for incompatibility. The only problems
I know of with the 6001 version is incompatibility of KMDF drivers due to
the co-installer.
