Friend has a problem and he asked me for help.
USB Keyboard and a PS2 mouse. All Ok.
New mouse purchased (PS2) and installed. Computer does not see it.
Another PS2 mouse purchased - computer does not see it. Windows Restore
used - no help. USB mouse purchased - driver install OK but the mouse -
does not work.
Device Manager does not list any "mice or pointing device". I will try
to help this guy this week with the computer, what should I check?
Would the motherboard be damaged? Is there a mouse controller just like
a HDD controler on the mobo?
Thanks for advice - this guy cannot afford new computer but I may need
your help to help him.
