Comments - hide/show

Select text - Choose Comment from the Insert menu - and lo the selected text is commented / hidden.

Ok, so how do I get it back again? (Uncomment it)

- or in html/code view remove the html comment tags

Sorry Stefan, Nothing is that simple in FrontPage

When the Insert -> Comment command is used it replaces the highlighted text with the following code:
<!--webbot bot="PurpleText" PREVIEW="Hide table" -->
The PREVIEW text appears on the 'Normal' page, but is not visible on the 'Preview' page.
It would seem that the actual text that is commented out is hidden away somewhere - possibly never to return.

Thanks for all help - any more ideas?

it's not "commented" it was overwritten by the comment. don't select the text.
Just select a blank line and insert the comment.

In Normal or Edit view, highlight the commented text and press delete. It should remove the text,
the comment and the bot.

Doh! I think you must be right Andrew, thanks.

I assumed that the inclusion of a 'webbot' meant that the highlighted text must be hidden away somewhere.
