Commented text prints highlighted (shaded)

Hi guys,

I'm giving up reading help and discussion groups, I don't seem to find a
solution by myslef. I have a few protected Word 2003 documents (.doc) with
fields to be filled in and comments containing instructions as to how to fill
in those fields.

I want to print the filled in forms without comments (that's clear - Print
What: Document) but one of those files obstinates to print commented text
(e.g. fields or other text) shaded. I found on this forum how to get rid of
the comment references, which were also visible in the printed text (by
making the font hidden), but I don't seem to get rid of this shaded commented
text.

Anyone can help me?

Hello-

Have you tried Tools>Options--Print, and checking the box labeled 'Print
Data Only for Forms'?
