I'd prefer MSAS (aka MS Defender) to generate less false positives than
Spysweeper. You can waste a lot of time wading through the registry and
files looking for what supposedly triggered the alert (according to their
manual eradication instructions) only to find out that the pest they claim
that you have is nowhere on your system.
