Command Prompt Window

Is there a way you can make the command prompt window
always be on top. I have a program that runs through the
command prompt window, and it will stop working if
another window is opened up in front of it.

In the properties of the shortcut, go to Misc and make sure
that 'Background - always suspend' is *not* checked.

I can't find Misc after I select properties. I right
click the exe. file and then click on properties, and all
the tabs I have are General, Security, Summary, and
Netware Version. I'm on a Windows2k PC with Novell
installed.

I right clicked the shortcut, and there still isn't a
Misc tab, after I click on the properties

"Misc" is available on the Shortcut to COMMAND.COM. The program that
stops when placed in the background is apparently running in an instance
of Command.com which suspending when placed in the background.
