Command Prompt has been disabled by your administrator

When i open command prompt it gives me:

Command Prompt has beend disabled by your administrator

I check regedit on current/user/software/windows/policies and there is no
disablecmd so what else can be the problem
 
also i have the same problem with system restore so please help me. Thank You
 
Check here:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]
and
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]

thks it was there now can you help me with the problem of system restore
 
where you told me was wrong but thanks because then i looked in windows nt
and there was a folder that said system restore and thats where it was. Thank

That location is for removing "DisableCMD" value, not for System Restore.
