Command Prompt Defaults to Network Drive Instead of Local Drive

I pointed all of my users home directorys to point their H:\ drive to a
server at my company. Their H:\ drive comes up fine.

Only problem is whenever someone opens a command prompt via
start\run\cmd the window opens up to H:\ instead of the preferred c:\

Is there any way to change this?

Thanx...

Create your own "Command Prompt" shortcut so that you
can fully control it. Users should not be required to do
Start / Run / cmd {OI}.

Alternately:

Set the Command prompt default path to a certain directory:
