Hello, we have 2 computers here that were bought from a
company who upgraded recently. I am trying to uninstall
Windows 2000 from these computers. When it tries to boot
up it asks for the logon info. Of course I don't have
this information. I just want to get to a command prompt
so I can wipe the hard drive clean and put another version
of Windows on. I can't boot to safe mode, asks for logon
there too. Can anyone help me?

Put a bootable CD in your CD and reboot. It should find your CD boot
image and start that. It should then allow you to install including
the option to reformat your partitions. If it does not boot from the
CD, go into BIOS settings and change your boot order to boot your CD
first.

Can you boot off a Windows 9x floppy and fdisk (or use symantec's gdisk) it?
