Command Line "Query Session" in XP

Should "Query" be available by the command line in XP? 2003
Server has it. Occasionally I need to end a Terminal Services
session on the Server and I need the session number to run
TSDISCON. I know that qwinsta /server can do it, but MS is
switching to "Query" and the MSKB implies it's there, but none
of my XP stations recognize it as a command.

Thanks

Curious...

I checked a couple of Windows XP systems and found that query.exe was not in
the system32 any longer - but *was* still in dllcache?!
(\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache)

I then did searches that only confirmed it should be in system32. The
query.dll still exists on said systems - in system32...

Anyone have further information?

Yes I found it in the dllcache so moved a copy to %
systemroot%/system32
Now it works

I would like to know why this is so?
