RD to console session w/printer redirection

I am connecting to a Win2K3 Server using RemoteDesktop (from XP SP3 box).

Since I want to connect to the console session I am using the following
command line:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mstsc.exe /v:mysite.com/admin /w:800 /h:600

This part is working fine, but I also need to setup printer redirection. Can
it be done using a command line?

Here's an alternative way. Use the RDC GUI and make a setup with
printers and settings as you want and save it. Then make a shortcut to
that file and include /console on the end of the target.

I tried it both with a /console and /admin after the shortcut but it doesn't
log into the console.
