I am a creating an order form to be posted on our website. I hope there is a
function where I can assign a function where a customer can click on a button
and an email message would automatically be created with the form as an
attachment.

Patty,

You would be better off using web-site authoring software, such as
FrontPage, where what you want to do is easily accomplished, even if it is a
slightly more advanced technique.
