Command button background color and other basic features

Please add functionality to be able to change the color of the command button
(background, not text).

Access seems to receive the least amount of attention when it comes to new
features. Yet it is part of one of the most highly profitable applications
that Microsoft sells. It's way overdue that Access features get caought up
with the state of the art of other competeive programs available today.
