Coming to loathe SP2 (And it's speech bubbles!)

Hey,

Does anyone know how to get rid of that stupid speech bubble that
appears upon boot of XP SP2 warning me that my computer "may be at risk"??

Control panel, security center, change the way security center alerts me.

The recommended way would be to fix whatever it's complaining about (i.e.
install anti-virus software, etc).
